Duration: 2 years

At Talgo Germany, we are looking for an engineering student to join us as a working student (Werkstudent) in Engineering and Maintenance area. This position offers hands-on experience in the railway sector, with active involvement in technical incident analysis and continuous process improvement.

Main responsibilities

• Manage warranty-related corrective actions within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

• Code and structure incidents to support subsequent engineering analysis

• Support the preparation of reports and management reporting

• Collaborate with the engineering team on data analysis and failure trend identification

• Assist with maintenance and technical management activities related to trains

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field

• Strong technical and analytical mindset

• Interest in maintenance, railway engineering, and data analysis

• Comfortable working with IT tools (experience with CMMS or similar systems is a plus)

• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus

• Availability for a long-term collaboratio
