Planning & Resource Management Lead (m/w/d)
Your responsibilities:
Functional and disciplinary leadership, as well as motivation and development of the Planning & Resource Management team
Planning, steering, and monitoring capacities in the short, medium, and long term
Establishment and continuous development of reporting systems: documentation of planning statuses, deviations, measures, KPIs
Architect of plant operations control: actively developing structures, processes, and methods; driving the continuous improvement process
Building knowledge and conducting research to solve operational challenges
Close coordination with workshop, technical, and commercial departments
Consolidation of communication channels and information flows within Resource Management
Stakeholder, interface, and service management
What you bring:
Solid experience as a team leader and several years of professional experience in a comparable role
Affinity for a collaborative leadership style: taking the lead in challenging and fostering a positive working atmosphere
Several years of experience in Resource Management, planning, or operational control
Experience in the railway sector is highly valued or a comparable industry
Strong stakeholder management and service orientation skills.
Completed technical vocational training (mechanic, electrician or mechatronics technician), university degree in engineering is desirable
Very good German language skills (written and spoken), good English skills; Spanish is a plus
Confident use of Excel for planning, analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement processes; good knowledge of SAP ISI and/or IBM Maximo
Experience with structured planning methods, process design, and continuous improvement processes
Strong negotiation and communication skills; resilient, flexible, solution-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to simplify complexity and prioritize effectively
High level of ownership; structured and methodical approach
High flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile, with 100% on-site presence
